How does understanding
become a way of living?
I begin with questions about myself and return to the life I share with others.
What shapes my experience? How do I distinguish what I observe from what I assume? And what difference should understanding make to the way I treat another person?
My approach is AND: bringing science, philosophy and contemplative inquiry into conversation, with care for their differences and the limits of what each can establish.
